Pause Reflect Embrace

Inward Bound is an annual all-inclusive weekend for relaxation and creating space for your self-exploration. This year we are located riverfront in Llano Texas on a beautiful private acreage, we will have beautiful and private access to the river for swimming and kayaking. This weekend will be full of high-quality health-conscious food, workshops designed to break patterns and shake up perspective, and deep heartfelt connections. Join us for a journey towards more time to rest, more community to enjoy, and prioritizing self-care. This will be a co-ed retreat and there will be so many opportunities to participate while also making space to rest and relax.
