Since day one, I’ve been working to obtain knowledge and understanding of true mind - body -soul connection. This dedication to the embodiment of the change we are wishing to see in the world has been a journey of transformation and challenges. An adventure that has not always been rainbows and butterflies. Still, the work has been worth it..

My journey started about 10 years ago when I finally decided to stop using chemicals and stimulants to fix my problems. 4 years ago I started to see rapid change in relationship to my behavior and choices. After a toxic relationship ending, I realized that there was something within me that was ready for something better. There was a piece of me that believed in more than what my life had to offer during that time. I began expanding through yoga teacher trainings, meditation teacher trainings, and a complete Reiki master teacher training has led me to creating this new space. All of this is now a dedicated life long journey to finding my highest good and the fullest expression. Achieving this through movement, meditation, and re-inspiring events.
